Kim Goodwin is an energetic organizational leadership ‘changer, builder and fixer’ who has been helping leaders achieve their potential and their organizational goals for over 25 years, leveraging her neuroscience-based coaching expertise. Based in Connecticut, USA, Kim draws upon her management consulting/practice development experience at McKinsey & Company and Accenture, her organizational behavior master’s education (University of Hartford), and her many leadership development certifications to help leaders drive both professional and personal goals. Mark Davy: Business strategist with a BBA from the University of Michigan.
Mark Davy lives in Denver, Colorado. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mark has held positions as CEO, CTO, COO, VP, and Director. Mark has also been a management consultant and a senior marketing professional. He has 26 years of experience in corporate management including strategy, IT, operations, sales, marketing, digital marketing, brand management, e-commerce, and corporate development. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients including Ford Motor Company, GM, Panasonic, The Home Depot, Progressive Insurance, Schering-Plough, Sanofi, AT&T, and Oracle, and led projects including product launches for the Ford F-150 and Chevy Silverado in the automotive industry and Claritin and Allegra in the pharmaceutical industry. Mark also has non-profit and board management experience and has served as President and director of several boards of directors. Mark has worked in executive coaching and leadership development for 7 years.
Dr. Kira Swanson: Leadership coach with a Ph.D. from Saybrook University and an MBA from Duke.
Dr. Kira Swanson is a coach for people who are looking for more out of their work. Kira has been coaching since 2015. She has fifteen years’ experience at American Express and Discover Financial Services holding roles like Director of Customer Engineering and Senior Manager of Professional Development. She is experienced in process improvements, internal consulting, rolling out IT improvements, leading a program office, project management, team leadership (70+ people), and operational strategy.
As a career coach, Kira has worked with leaders from Google, Disney, Ford, Walgreens, Amazon, Microsoft, the US Army and Air Force, and Bank of America as well as smaller companies, startups, and entrepreneurs.
She has a PhD from Saybrook University and an MBA from Duke University. Kira’s passion in coaching is mindset and she is constantly adding dimensionality to her mindset practices by studying consciousness, Positive Psychology, limiting beliefs, and cognitive biases.
Karen Kunkel Young: Certified professional coach (iPEC) with a B.S. from Boston University.
Karen Kunkel Young is an Executive Coach and master storyteller who helps C-Suite, VP, and director level clients take charge of their careers so that they can achieve the success that they want. She is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC, one of the top three global coaching institutions, with a specialty in executive, leadership, and career coaching. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
For over two decades, Karen has told captivating stories as the creative lead for hundreds of hours of unscripted programming for some of the biggest global brands (Netflix, NBC Universal, Warner Brothers Discovery, A&E, National Geographic, and Shopify, to name a few). She was the Vice President of Programming for ITV America, the US division of one of the largest entertainment companies worldwide (worth $3.6B in 2024). As part of senior management, she guided over 25 multi-million-dollar projects from development through distribution, excelled at collaborating with cross-functional teams with seamless execution, and created a culture of creativity and empowerment which contributed to year over year growth. Karen also consults and creates strategy for B2Bs and brands, working directly with founders, CEOs, and executive leadership.
